Richard Wilson: Richard Wilson has a BME from Hartt College of Music of the University of Hartford. He also holds a diploma from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and a MA in Human Resource Development from Webster University.  He taught in the Fine Arts Department of Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma and in various inner city schools. He has extensive experience in the Army Band. He performed on the French horn and as a bass vocalist, narrated ceremonies and performances in French, German, and English, wrote shows, was a drum major and conductor, and was the senior noncommissioned officer in his unit. He was the Army's senior sergeant major and served on many committees and councils that planned and directed the future of the band program, and ultimately rewrote the regulation that governed all 138 Active Army, Army Reserve, and National Guard bands.
